Phone Autopilot

Pricing

Phone Autopilot is pay-per-use: $0.25 per minute, $0.50 minimum, capped at $15 (60 minutes) per call.

Before your call starts, we place a $15 hold on your card, which is the most a single call could ever cost. Once the call ends, we release that hold and charge you only for the minutes the call actually used, at $0.25 per minute with a $0.50 minimum. A short call costs close to nothing; a long call on hold is never more than $15.

If the call fails to connect, drops, or nobody answers, you're not charged at all. The hold is released and no minutes are billed, since nothing was accomplished.

There's no subscription and no percentage of your savings. You pay a small, predictable amount for the specific call you asked for, nothing more.

Frequently asked questions

What does a call actually cost?

$0.25 per minute, with a $0.50 minimum and a $15 cap (60 minutes) per call. A quick call that resolves in under two minutes still costs the $0.50 minimum; a long call on hold never costs more than $15.

Why is there a $15 hold if I'm only charged for actual minutes?

The hold confirms your card can cover the maximum possible cost before we place the call, the same way a hotel or gas station holds funds. Once the call ends, we charge only for the minutes actually used and the rest of the hold is released.

What if the call fails or nobody answers?

You're not charged anything. Failed or no-connect calls aren't billed - the hold is released in full and you pay only for calls that actually connect and use minutes.
