About Phone Autopilot
Phone Autopilot is an AI phone-call assistant that places outbound calls on a person's behalf - navigating phone menus, waiting on hold, and speaking with customer-service reps or businesses to complete a task.
It handles the parts of a phone call that otherwise cost a person time and patience: working through an automated menu, waiting on hold in a queue, and explaining the request to whoever eventually answers. Given a phone number and a plain description of the goal, it dials, works through the phone tree, holds, and talks with the representative or business to get the task done.
It is built for people who do not have time to sit on hold or work through phone menus for routine tasks. It is used for ordinary calls people tend to put off: canceling a subscription, booking a reservation, rescheduling an appointment, disputing a bill, or checking whether a business is open.
How it works
A person gives Phone Autopilot a phone number and a plain-English description of what they want done, and it places the call. It navigates any automated menu, waits on hold if there's a queue, and talks with whoever answers to carry out the request, while the person watches a live transcript of the call as it happens.
Pricing
Phone Autopilot costs $0.25 per minute, with a $0.50 minimum and a $15 cap (60 minutes) per call. It places a $15 hold up front and charges only for the minutes actually used. No account is required: a phone number verified by text message serves as identity.
